Maternity Shoot

My beautiful girlfriend Sarah is having a baby in December so we decided to take some photos of her growing tummy today! 

Luckily the rain held off this morning and we ended up getting some great shots.

Can't wait till I have a beautiful belly like this!

Ice Cream Sandwiches

Are you ladies sure in for a treat today!

I saw these Anna's cookies yesterday and thought they would be perfect for ice cream sandwiches, and guess what, they were!!! 

They are so simple to make and you can freeze them for a party ahead of time, or just to have one ready  for when you need another :)

All you need is:

Anna's  chocolate mint thins 

Your choice of ice cream ( I used vanilla)

Let the ice cream thaw for a few minuets and then just spoon onto cookies gently and place another cookie on top.

Definitely worth making,....enjoy.
