Mmm I've been craving cupcakes for a little while, so a few days ago I decided to dust off the Kitchen Aid and get baking! I used a recipe from my girlfriends blog found here, it's so simple and tasty. I unfortunately am not the best baker and decided to add mashed raspberries to the icing so it got a little runny, should have just stuck to the recipe! I also had left over whip cream and made some with that and a fresh raspberry....mmmm yum
