Mexican Sunsets

In Mexico we stayed in a beautiful house upon the hill in a small town called La Manzanllia. The View was amazing, and the sunsets even more.  Every night was such a treat, and I couldn't stop taking pictures.

I made the spicy chicken chilli from my last blog post for dinner the other night, and it was so good. I highly recommend it. I did however use Mexican hot sauce instead of the canned chilies but I'm sure it didn't make much of a difference. I also made the cheese biscuits from that Blog to go with it, mmm mmm good!

So I've finally uploaded my Mexican pictures!! I thought I would show them off in sections. 

As I learnt taking photos of birds in not an easy thing.  I took most of these photos with extreme zoom so they are not crystal clear quality, but I am quit happy with the way they turned out.
