Green Smoothie

A girlfriend shared this green smoothie with me a few weeks ago, and I am now fully obsessed, I make one every morning! They very with what ever I have in the house but here's how I made this one.

1 organic apple, cored and cut into chunks
6 strawberries
spoonful of hemp hearts
teaspoon of flax seeds
handfull of soaked skinless almonds
4-6 mint leaves
1/4 of a cucumber, cut up
a large handful of organic spinach
and 1-2 cups water
mmmm blend in a blender and drink up!

XoXo

  7. Yummy! I make the green smoothie, but I get super lazy and end up with spinach, greek yogurt, blueberries, almond milk and a little whey protein - gets the job done!
